Adhesive Specialities Ltd have a long term experience in self adhesive laminating using water base and other adhesive systems. Filmic substrates are ASL’s specialist area, we are able to laminate your own face stock, this can be of any material, from films to papers etc. Dependant on your application, contact us for a discussion with our technical experts, who are there to guide you as to the correct liner and adhesive system to use, whether it be for lay flat or for label stock. We can also advise you on the out of the ordinary materials such as coupon or double sided products. Face materials can be laminated up to 1.4m wide, including self wound, and we also have the state of the art slitting machines to compliment the coater. We will also undertake contract slitting if required. ASL have unique experience with gravure roll UV silicon coating, to apply coat weights up to 5 micron allowing customers the opportunity to have a uv top coat applied to their own films or other products. We are also able to offer dri-lap coating (adhesive patterns) utilising our state of the art coating technology.
